Oil Tanks

Many contracts of Purchase of Sale also contain "The Oil Tank" clause.  The owner may not even be aware of a tank on the property.  You can have an expert come over and certify that:
  1. There is no oil tank buried on the property
  2. Yes there is one, which will be removed in the prescribed manner prior to the sale being completed
